New Wire Marine seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager with a strong background in boating, electrical systems, and direct sales to join our team. In this role, you will manage the customer journey from the first conversation about a new project through installation and beyond.

About Us : New Wire Marine crafts high-quality boat dash and switch panels for individuals, service shops, and OEMs worldwide. Our products are meticulously designed, milled, etched, and assembled to order. Our mission is to foster lasting customer relationships with quick-to-market, innovative marine products!

Key Responsibilities :

• Exceptional Customer Service : Interact with customers about their boats, represent New Wire Marine, and develop customized solutions to meet customer needs.
• Sales Process Management : Guide customers through the sales process, identifying needs and upselling when possible. You must be comfortable closing sales.
• Accurate Quoting : Provide precise quotes for projects and lead times.
• Project Coordination : Actively participate in the project design and production process es , ensuring customers are informed and supported in every step.
• Organizational Skills : Maintain strong organization and follow-up abilities.
• Technical & Product Knowledge : Understand the capabilities and limitations of our products and services, staying current with product updates.
