We are looking for motivated, people-driven chefs who are trailblazers in the F&B industry. If your goal is to head a world-class culinary program including driving change, mentoring others, and provide innovative ideas and leadership, this is the opportunity for you.

During the program, culinarians will be assigned to a commutable training location and work alongside the Campus Executive Chef and Subject Matter Experts to complete the onboarding and training experience.

Over the course of 10 to 14 weeks, training includes overseeing multi-unit kitchen operations, company standards & systems, and the ins and outs of our organization and culture.

After you complete training in Ft. Myers, FL, relocation within the organization will be required for placement opportunity.

There may also be some travel to support new and / or existing accounts prior to final placement.Once the 10 to 14 weeks training program is complete, the chef will be fluent in all our systems, standards and able to focus on providing both trendy catering menu items, exciting retail menu options for our Higher Education campus clients.

They will create seasonal, on-trend, plant forward, locally sourced items for high profile catering events, everyday retail menu items, and for season specials.
