This position is eligible for Eskaton's health benefits package the first of the month following 60 days of employment and Paid Time Off benefits program after 90 days of employment.
Position Summary :
The Regional Culinary Director at Eskaton Senior Living provides leadership, strategic vision, and operational oversight for culinary services across multiple Eskaton communities within an assigned region. This role ensures resident-centered dining that prioritizes quality, safety, wellness, and satisfaction while maintaining financial and operational efficiency. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), the Regional Culinary Director works closely with community Directors of Culinary Experience, executive leadership, residents, and staff to deliver innovative, nutritious, and compliant dining programs that enhance the overall resident experience.
The starting salary for this position ranges from $76.072 to $104,437 annually. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered.
