Responsibilities
- Assist with customer outreach, appointment setting, and follow-up communications
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Generate leads through prospecting efforts such as networking, referrals, cold calling, or community events
- Assist with policy applications, quoting, billing, and other administrative tasks
- Regularly report on progress, performance, and client engagement activities
- Represent the agency in a professional, ethical, and customer-focused manner
Requirements
Be open to obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance License with support from our DistrictBilingual, fluent in both English and Spanish is beneficialStrong communication and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, coachable, and eager to learnGoal-oriented with a desire to build a long-term career in insurance or sales
