About the Role

Coast Hotels is growing, and we're looking for a Director, Development to help expand our brand through the acquisition of new franchise and management partnerships. This role plays a key part in supporting the company's growth strategy, building strong relationships with hotel managers, owners and investors, and ensuring that every Coast property reflects our brand standards and delivers exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Do

Business Leadership

• Identify opportunities to grow the Coast Hotels brand.
• Support planning and change initiatives with the Senior Vice President, Development and other key company leaders.
• Stay up to date on hotel industry trends, competitors, and new developments.
• Represent Coast Hotels at industry events and build professional relationships.
• Ensure strategies and projects align with Coast Hotels' brand standards.
