The Spring is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our leadership team. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a dynamic, mission-driven environment and enjoys bringing structure, efficiency, and care to daily operations. The position is full time, Monday through Thursday, totaling 32 hours per week.
The Executive Assistant will provide high-level strategic and administrative support to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Chief Financial & Administrative Officer (CFAO). This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at managing complex projects, analyzing data, and optimizing workflows to enhance executive effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Coordinate special projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals
- Attend selected meetings to capture key takeaways and translate them into actionable steps
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Maintain timelines, track progress, and manage deliverables
- Develop and distribute meeting agendas
Administrative Support
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the COO and CFAOManage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics (including catering)Prepare presentations, reports, and executive communicationsDraft correspondence and organize background materialsSupport strategic planning and organizational development effortsData Analysis & Reporting
Use business intelligence tools to collect, analyze, and interpret dataCompile dashboards and reports to highlight KPIs and project outcomesProvide insights and recommendations to support decision-makingMonitor trends and prepare executive summariesCollaborate with internal teams to verify and consolidate reporting dataEducation & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred4+ years of experience as an executive assistant or senior administrative assistant supporting executive leadershipMust be able to sign The Spring's Statement of FaithValid driver's license requiredSkills & Competencies
