The Team Lead for the Commercial Loan Specialist Monetary Group will manage a team supporting the Commercial division. The incumbent will oversee post-closing and servicing of complex loans-including syndications and Capital Market transactions-ensuring regulatory compliance and timely, accurate service.

Job Responsibilities

Lead, develop, and coach a team of Commercial Loan Specialists

Manage due diligence, reconciliations, and monetary transactions

Collaborate with internal partners to meet customer needs

Research and resolve issues, escalating when needed

Oversee team performance, processes, and timecard management

Minimum Qualifications

College degree or equivalent experience

2+ years supervisory experience in Commercial Loans

3+ years working with participations, syndications, and Capital Market products

Strong understanding of compliance and legal documentation

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Proven leadership and coaching abilities

Salary Range

$62,918.00 - $103,365.50

Individual base pay may vary on additional factors such as the candidate's experience, job-related skills, relevant education, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.
