Concrete Finishing Project Manager Job Description

Must be detail oriented, self-motivated, and with the ability to multi-task as well as to solve simple problems.
Range of responsibilities will include :
- Estimate and bid Concrete Floor Treatment scope of work.
- Scopes include : polished, sealed and / or stained concrete; decorative chip / quartz broadcast concrete patching / repair;
cementitious coatings; joint filling; epoxy / polyurethane coatings
- Build outstanding relationships with general contractors and communicate with them throughout all phases of the project.
- Actively follow-up with general contractors and direct clients
- Create and frequently update work order forms to properly coordinate field operations.
- Preparing and submitting RFI's and Change Order requests.
- Maintain project documentations throughout the duration of the project with proper notes and backups.
- Submittal of close out documents.
- Capable of reading plans, doing simple take-offs, estimating, and monitors costs and project progress.
Qualifications :
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook), OnScreen take-off software or equal
- 3 years project management experience
- Spanish Speaking is a plus
- Estimating experience preferred
