About This Role

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, prototyping and testing of new components and systems.
• Prepare and maintain engineering drawings and drafting documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Contribute to the preparation of engineering drawings, reports and documentation.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues.
• Provide support during prototype builds, testing and evaluation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support smooth product development and handover.
• Actively seek opportunities to expand technical knowledge and engineering capability.
• Participate in coaching and mentoring provided by senior engineers and the R&D Manager.
• Stay informed on new tools, technologies and industry practice relevant to firearms and defense engineering.
• All other duties as directed.
