Arizona Licensed Tech Product Manager

A company is looking for a Lead Tech Product Manager who will support Medicaid Managed Care Organizations and drive IT initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Align technology strategy with market and enterprise needs, developing a market-specific technology roadmap

Provide thought leadership in technology and healthcare innovations to enhance health plan efficiency and customer experience

Develop and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, advocating for technology needs

Required Qualifications :

7+ years of professional experience in technology, product management, operations, or similar fields

5+ years of experience in cross-functional initiative management in an enterprise environment

3+ years of experience leading teams as a people manager or individual contributor

Experience in the Medicare / Medicaid or healthcare industry

Must reside in Arizona
