The University of Denver's Morgridge College of Education (MCE) invites applications for the position of Associate Director of Admissions. MCE's vision is to train global leaders who employ innovative and effective approaches to advance learning throughout the lifespan, educational change, and social equity. Our programs prepare ethical, collaborative practitioners who can apply principles to promote learning and development with a variety of clients, communities, and information systems. We are looking for a candidate who can lead efforts to promote MCE and recruit quality graduate level students to our programs. This is a full-time, benefitted position.
Position Summary
The Associate Director of Admissions in the Morgridge College of Education (MCE) focuses on practices and processes intended to recruit, enroll, and support the student body throughout the enrollment funnel for programs in MCE. In partnership with the Assistant Dean of Enrollment and Marketing the position provides knowledge of best practices in creating and implementing enrollment management strategies. The Associate Director is responsible for understanding and interpreting various types of data trends for both on-campus and online programs to create market-responsive strategies and to track closely the effectiveness of those strategies. The Associate Director reviews processes, strategies, and tactics related to recruitment and application movement, and makes recommendations on best practices. The Associate Director uses a wide degree of creativity and latitude to design, implement, and manage e-communication campaigns throughout the admission funnel and measure and analyze the effectiveness of various communication tactics. The position ensures that prospective students receive excellent admissions support from the point of first contact through matriculation, ensuring that connections are made to the appropriate departments, and working with departments to implement best practices in enrollment practices with prospective students. They maintain collaborative working relationships with colleagues in MCE departments and with the University Office of Graduate Education and other areas across campus. The Associate Director also takes on other duties as assigned. This position reports to the Assistant Dean of Enrollment and Marketing.

Salary Grade Number :
The salary grade for the position is 11.
Salary Range :
The salary range for this position is $68,000-$78,000.
The University of Denver has provided a compensation range that represents its good faith estimate of what the University may pay for the position at the time of posting. The University may ultimately pay more or less than the posted compensation range. The salary offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors such as the qualifications of the selected candidate, departmental budget availability, internal salary equity considerations, and available market information, but not based on a candidate's sex or any other protected status.
