Summary

The Analyst - Client Accounts position will provide support in analyzing large volumes of client and financial data to support decision‑making and improve profitability. The Analyst will also conduct financial analyses, prepare profit reports, and perform ad‑hoc studies. This ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and a foundational understanding of financial concepts.

Responsibilities

• Download and obtain various data from company systems, including SAP, to aid in reporting tools and ad‑hoc related projects
• Organize and maintain large amounts of data, analyze, and make the data presentable to communicate financial performance metrics and insights to management
• Tracking of revenue and cost, rate and tariff schedules, noting status and rate escalations
• Prepare routine weekly / monthly reports, including financial results, for all customers and sections of operations
• Review historical client and financial data to perform various analyses, including YOY comparisons, profitability analysis, budget vs actual variance analysis, and forecasting
• Collaborate with and provide support to the Operations and Finance teams on day‑to‑day tasks and long‑term special studies
• For special projects, review data and assumptions prepared by other teams, perform due diligence and data validation, and present any issues found to Manager / HOT
• Assist with the development of PowerPoint presentations, composition of internal approval documents, and preparation of supporting analysis, as needed
• Provide support to Contracts Management as required, including the preparation of revenue and profitability impact summaries
• Other duties as assigned

Compensation

Range : $52,000-$56,000 annually (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)
