We offer a hybrid work model you'll be based in our office 3 days a week.

8 : 30 – 5 : 30 Mon – Fri

We may ask you to be flexible on this, but we do pay overtime.

We are super busy at the moment, taking on lots of new customers and growing the business even more over the next few years. That means we're looking for some more superstars to come and work on our Service Desk and support our lovely customers.

What you'll be doing

You'll be responsible for :

• Provide Remote / Onsite 2nd Line support to our clients relating to our
• core technologies
• Providing an escalation point for 1st line Service Desk Engineers
• Installation work of core technologies
• Delivering against our KPIs such as customer satisfaction
• Working in order of SLA and priority of tickets
• System documentation
• Work in accordance with company values, policies and procedures
• Contribute to our Out of Hours Service as part of a scheduled rota.
