Selling Sales Manager

Achieve offers live, online instruction, 1-on-1 tutoring and mentoring, and flexible course schedules that empower non-traditional college students to test out of college credits and earn higher level professional licenses.
Position Overview :
As a Selling Sales Manager in our organization, you will play a crucial role in supporting the VP of Sales. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, and contributing to the overall success of the department. This role requires a proactive individual with strong organizational and leadership skills.

A player-coach role with room to take on more management with time and success. To succeed in this position, you must be experienced in sales with a proven track record of outstanding sales performance, as well as leadership experience. The role demands some late nights to meet with students as well as the flexibility to work some weekends to accommodate student schedules.

Assist the Sales Manager in leading and motivating the teamCoordinate team activities, ensuring smooth collaboration and communicationAct as a point of contact for team members and address day-to-day operational issuesOperational Oversight :
