Responsibilities
Lead product growth initiatives focused on user acquisition, activation, and retention
Drive experimentation and A / B testing to optimize the user journey and conversion
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and execute high-impact opportunities
Develop and own growth metrics, creating data-driven strategies to achieve business goals
Conduct user research and translate insights into actionable product improvements
Build and manage a quarterly growth roadmap aligned with company objectives
Ideal Candidate Background
5+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years focused on growth / conversion in B2B SaaS
Track record of delivering measurable business impact through product initiatives
Experience with web-based enterprise tools and products
Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with growth frameworks and methodologies
Background in enterprise software or scientific tools
Advanced degree (MBA) or relevant certifications
Experience with user research and segmentation
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary : $150,000 - $200,000 (Location dependent)
