Job descriptionParticipate in new tooling development and launch management. Support adherence to project timelines, key dates, and vendor deliverables. Elevate risks or blockers to meet launch deadlines. Learn and use packaging systems for specifications & testing. Troubleshoot technical issues as they arise. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field. 1-3 years of packaging engineering & development experience (preferably cosmetics, Client, or related). Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Understanding of packaging production processes. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to work independently within a matrixed environment. Organizational skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical, reporting, and documentation skills. Experience in cosmetics packaging. Exposure to global brand packaging projects.

Job Description :
As a Packaging Engineer, you will leverage both technical and soft skills to support a packaging category or brand. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and operations to ensure packaging solutions meet design, quality, and launch requirements. This role includes hands-on prototype assembly, tooling development participation, troubleshooting, and packaging specification work.
