Position Summary
:
As Manager Security and Compliance for Nestlé USA (NUSA), you’ll represent the NUSA IT Security & Compliance Team, ensuring effective execution of plans and timely completion of Nestlé IT Audit remediation. They will provide market feedback to enhance product offerings and influence the product roadmap in collaboration with Product Group Managers. You’ll oversee AI deployment in line with Nestlé’s ethical guidelines, monitoring for biases, promoting transparency, and guiding best practices. The role also involves supporting product operations, encouraging security risk-based decision-making, and serving as the primary contact for escalations to the Security Leadership Team.

The approximate pay range for this position is $165, to $206, Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
