Bilingual Customer Service Representative -
SCHEDULE : 30 hours per week, shift options available from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM

At this healthcare facility, the Hospitality Clerk is responsible for providing kind and empathetic service to all patients and visitors greeting with a warm welcome, helping manage traffic flow, assisting with the management of day to day cash from parking services, and ensuring all the cash is accounted for and kept safe. Beacon Hill Hospitality Hospitality Clerks are true customer service professionals who inherently love to help others and are happy to eliminate any anxiety that can come with a hospital visit.

Work Environment
As it is an outdoor role, the employee may be subjected to the weather conditions of the time. Long periods of standing and walking are required.
