Capital Engineering Manager

Lead the capital engineering organization in the US for the Filtration & Separation Division within Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. Manage $30-40M / year of capital investment allocation to support business growth and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a world-class team of engineers and project managers to successfully implement capital projects across our network. Provide outstanding leadership, mentoring, and direction to ensure project implementation aligns with business strategy.
• Serve as a key liaison to Business and Operations Leaders, ensuring project execution and results align with the capital investment strategy.
• Collaborate with other engineering / operations department managers to manage distribution of work assignments, achieving overall business objectives.
• Apply proven standards, guidelines, and procedures to meet timing, budgetary, and functional needs of each project.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, regulatory, intellectual property, and accounting requirements.

The salary range estimated for this position based in Minnesota is $130,000.00$194,950.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and / or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
