The ideal candidate is a board-certified trial lawyer with exceptional leadership skills and a passion for developing legal talent. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a high-stakes, fast-paced litigation environment and can balance strategic oversight with hands-on courtroom work.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct jury trials and deliver successful outcomes.
• Manage and maintain an active docket of personal injury cases.
• Oversee case strategy and ensure high-quality client representation.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and growth.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on operational and legal excellence.
