Contract - HR Analyst

Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join their team on a contract basis . This role will play a key part in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and a positive employee experience. Workday expertise is essential , as this individual will serve as a hands-on resource within the HR systems environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain employee data in Workday , ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Partner with Payroll and Finance teams to ensure timely and compliant transactions.
• Generate Workday reports and dashboards to support HR metrics and leadership decisions.
• Assist with HR audits, compliance, and performance management initiatives.
• Contribute to process improvement projects across the HR function.
