Responsibilities

Carrier Management & Performance

• Own all carrier relationships leading the sourcing negotiation and onboarding of new parcel carriers to consistently reduce client costs and scale the autonomous fulfillment network.
• Conduct continuous external-facing fulfillment operations analysis focusing on service quality SLA adherence and driving significant improvements in carrier performance.
• Maintain and leverage sophisticated carrier reporting monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to proactively diagnose and correct network performance gaps.

Peak & Exception Planning

Cross-Border & International Logistics
