QA Analyst

Job Summary :

The QA Analyst is responsible for ensuring software meets quality standards and is defect-free. This involves designing, executing, and maintaining test cases, integrating testing into CI / CD pipelines, and collaborating with development teams to prevent defects throughout the software development lifecycle.

Location : Linthicum Heights, Maryland, United States

Responsibilities :

• Develop test strategies, plans, and test cases (functional, integration, regression, performance).
• Execute manual and automated tests, track defects, and ensure resolution.
• Automate test cases using test automation frameworks and tools.
• Integrate testing into CI / CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and operations to refine requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Perform cross-browser, cross-platform, usability, and accessibility testing.
• Monitor quality metrics and recommend improvements.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback from a QA perspective.
• Document test results, maintain test artifacts, and audit test coverage.
• Use defect tracking tools and manage the bug lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and regulatory standards.
