The Dental Assistant Specialist provides chair-side and removed assistance to dental staff in any services rendered to patients including: assisting with chair-side, laboratory, oral surgery and x-ray procedures, as well as other assigned specialty duties. This role will also perform delegated dental functions under the direction of a licensed dentist in the delivery of care for all assigned patient populations, in accordance with all policy, procedure and practice guidelines.
