Senior Finance Director

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Finance to oversee financial activities and reporting for business units.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) for the Central region of Medicare

Oversee the preparation of financial reports and present strategic plans to management

Lead and manage a team of 2-3 direct reports while serving as the point of contact for financial matters

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

7+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience

Previous management experience, including hiring and performance management

Experience in public accounting, operations, information systems, and health care or insurance preferred

Understanding of financial forecasting and analysis
