Job Description
Miami-based UHNW Family Office seeks a dynamic and entrepreneurial leader who thrives at the intersection of impact, innovation, and philanthropy. Reporting to directly to the CEO, the Director will play a key role in leading impactful philanthropic initiatives.
The successful candidate :
- 10+ years' experience in advisory, consulting, development, fundraising, impact investing and / or philanthropy;
- Professional experience in banking, family office, foundation, government, investment management, management consulting, non-profit or relevant field all welcome;
- Outstanding presentation skills, to include written and verbal communication, public speaking, consensus- and relationship-building skills;
- Strong analytical, multi-tasking and organizational toolkit;
- Passionate about social impact and deep commitment to the mission;
- Technically proficient in Microsoft Office (to include advanced Excel and PowerPoint), knowledge of digital collaboration and AI tools also required;
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in business, education, economics, finance or related field from a leading school; Masters degree preferred;
- Spanish / French language skills a plus, but not required;
- Willing and able to travel both domestically and internationally.
The role :
Lead an innovative and impactful philanthropy and development function with a primary focus on Education and The Arts;Build and cultivate meaningful strategic relationships with partners, donors and foundations connecting government, for-profit, non-profit and research entities;Create and drive a sustainable, multi-year strategy aligned with the mission and objectives;Conduct research and due diligence on potential projects in the US and internationally;Deliver monthly, quarterly and yearly analysis, financial and impact reporting.While the role is Miami-based and in-office, travel (US / international) will be required.A highly competitive compensation package is on offer to the successful candidate.
