We re seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Neurosurgeon for a full-time, hospital-employed position in one of Southern Colorado s most underserved and rewarding markets. Position Highlights : General Neurosurgery with the ability to build a robust elective spine practice Only one other neurosurgeon in the community become the expert locals count on Supportive team of 4 experienced APPs onsite pain service & X-ray State-of-the-art neuro tools including Globus Robot & Stryker Navigation EMR : Epic Level III Trauma Center Schedule & Call : 2 days OR / 2 days clinic / 1 flex day Clinic volume : 8 12 patients / day, plus PA support Minimal call burden : 7 ER call days / month, mostly handled remotely Floor calls handled by PAs One weekend call / month likely Compensation & Perks : $800,000 $877,000 base salary Full benefits including health, dental, vision, life, and disability Relocation assistance CME allowance generous PTO Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) -qualified employer Paid malpractice with tail Employee discounts, retirement plans, career advancement, and more You re a Fit If You Are : Board Certified or TRULY Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency completion) Licensed in Colorado (or willing to obtain) Not commuting >
