Overview

Noksu, a 2024 Michelin Star recipient, is a Contemporary Korean / French fine dining restaurant that opened underneath the Herald Square subway station in October 2023.

We are a 15 seat chef's counter with an 8 seat PDR.

Our wine list showcases regions from the old and new world, encompassing traditional and modern styles of winemaking, with a focus on artisanal growers.

Responsibilities

• As an assistant captain at Noksu, you will coordinate with the Sommelier to manage and maintain the pace of the Dining Room service and cleanliness of the counter.
• You will assist in creating a memorable and unique experience for each guest that dines with us.
• Your commitment to company standards and values is a must.
• Noksu is all about "team" mentality; we expect every member to support and motivate each other to achieve guest satisfaction.
• As an assistant captain, you will interact with all departments regularly and should be able to communicate effectively and respectfully with co-workers.
