IT Service Desk Auditor (154565)

Position Overview : INPRS is seeking a detail-oriented and security-conscious contractor to assist the Service Desk team in conducting a comprehensive Account Management Audit. This role will focus on reviewing user access across various applications, validating employment status, and identifying potential segregation of duties (SoD) : -Conduct a full audit of user accounts across assigned applications.-Cross-reference active user accounts with the INPRS HR Audit to verify current employment status.-Identify and document inactive or orphaned accounts for deactivation.-Utilize the Segregation of Duties (SoD) Matrix to assess role assignments and flag any conflicts or policy violations.-Maintain detailed records of audit findings and remediation actions.-Provide regular progress updates to the Service Desk Manager and IT Security team.
