Main responsibilities :
Process Sales Orders
Pick Parts
Receive Incoming shipments
Process Outgoing shipments
Process Returns / RMA’s
Process “approved” daily Purchase Orders
Daily PO follow-up & update of PO notes for parts not yet received
Review long lead times to evaluate if we can get sooner from an alternate vendor
Daily update SO & WO notes with ETA’s of parts receipt
Maintain SO communication to customers / technicians – order confirmation / tracking info / Est receipt of items (including updating website orders)
Process Weekly parts orders based on assigned reorder levels (via SOS Report)
Perform annual physical inventory count & reconciliation.
