2nd Street Animal Hospital is seeking a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) & Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in the heart of Philadelphia.
This hybrid role is approximately 80% client service and 20% marketing / outreach , ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment but also enjoys helping to grow our hospital’s community presence and referral network over time.
2nd Street Animal Hospital is a state-of-the-art, AAHA-accredited facility offering advanced surgical care, avian and exotic medicine, and comprehensive diagnostic imaging. Our mission is simple : to provide compassionate, high-quality care to pets and peace of mind to the people who love them.
What You’ll Do :
Client Service (Primary – 80%)
Uphold our client experience standards through teamwork, kindness, and attention to detail
Marketing, Outreach & Referral Coordination (Secondary – 20%)
