Senior Accountant

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team in Frederick, Colorado. This long-term contract position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to key accounting operations while supporting organizational growth. The ideal candidate will excel in handling diverse accounting tasks and collaborating effectively within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and post accurate journal entries to maintain the integrity of financial records.
• Manage inventory transactions and ensure proper documentation and reconciliation.
• Reconcile accounts and bank statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Support month-end close processes, including general ledger reviews and adjustments.
• Assist in updating financial forecasts and providing insights for strategic planning.
• Perform ad hoc accounting tasks to support the controller and organizational needs.
• Utilize ERP systems, including Eclipse and Accumatica, to streamline accounting processes.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth integration of new systems and tools.
• Leverage Microsoft Office Suite to generate reports and analyze financial data.
