Position Overview

As a full-time Customer Service Associate , you’ll be the face of Snake River Pool & Spa, providing top-tier customer service, troubleshooting water and equipment concerns, and assisting with pool and spa maintenance solutions. This is a hands-on role that involves learning specialized knowledge about our products and services, with full training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist them in a friendly manner.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures.
• Utilize basic math skills for processing transactions and managing cash register operations.
• Engage in upselling techniques to promote additional products or services.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance customer service.
• Analyzing pool and spa water and recommending treatment options.
• Troubleshooting water and equipment issues.
• Flexing between our Boise, Meridian, and Nampa locations.
