- Competitive pay : $75,000 - $100,000 total compensation that includes a base + monthly spiffs

As a Service Technician at ACS, your role will involve :
- Conducting maintenance and repairs on a diverse range of residential heating and air conditioning systems, adhering to company standards to ensure top-quality service
- Providing valuable feedback to the Service Manager on technical training needs, inventory management, and retail pricing strategies
- Participating in utility programs and assisting with retrofit installations as required
Required Qualifications :
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Familiarity with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience in making repair and replacement decisions
- Ability to acquire a low-voltage license within 2 years of employment
- Advanced customer service skills
- Willingness to obtain NATE certifications within one year of employment
- Demonstrated capability to take on responsibility and leadership roles
- Safe operation of scissors and genie lifts
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices and air-balancing principles
