Production Operator / Coil Winding Technician – 2nd Shift

📍 Location : Panama City, FL

🕔 Shift : Monday–Thursday, 5 : 00 PM – 3 : 30 AM (with occasional overtime as needed)

📋 Reports To : Production Supervisor

💼 FLSA Status : Non-Exempt

💲 Compensation : $22 per hour

🔩 What You’ll Do

• Operate coil winding machines with accuracy and care.
• Follow blueprints, specifications, and detailed instructions to produce precise coils.
• Load materials, adjust machine settings, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• Wind wire around cores / forms to exact specifications.
• Use hand tools to cut, strip, and shape wire.
• Assemble components and perform quality checks.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and a continuous improvement mindset.
