Regulatory Analyst
Ensure compliance. Support growth. Drive regulatory excellence. We are seeking a detail-driven Regulatory Analyst to join our growing team. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Licensure, this role plays a critical part in maintaining the organization's regulatory compliance by managing a wide range of licenses, governmental enrollments, and documentation related to healthcare operations. You'll support federal, state, county, and city regulatory requirements, ensuring all filings and renewals are completed accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities include :
- Compile, submit, and track a variety of healthcare regulatory applications including state licensure, Medicare, Medicaid, NPI, CLIA, CON, and accrediting bodies
- Maintain detailed files and databases for all regulatory documentation
- Coordinate and manage healthcare licensure and enrollment processes across multiple locations
- Support and manage regulatory-related special projects
- Compile and distribute reporting related to licensure and regulatory data
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and governing bodies
- Ensure regulatory compliance is maintained through timely renewals and accurate submissions
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required; legal education or related experience a plusMinimum of 2 years of experience in a regulatory, compliance, legal, or healthcare operations roleStrong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with confidential information and follow strict protocolsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyTechnical skills :
