Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, in most cases a law firm.

Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant to support our team in driving impactful marketing initiatives. In this role, you will help craft engaging communications, coordinate outreach, and manage digital channels to strengthen our brand presence. Your creativity and organizational skills will be essential as you collaborate on projects, optimize networking opportunities, and contribute to the firm's growth. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys making a visible difference each day.

Monthly Compensation : 1,245 USD to 1,350 USD.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Preparing and sending engaging email newsletters to target audiences
• Managing the CRM system to log important networking details
• Conducting outreach to secure speaking engagements and researching relevant events
• Creating and maintaining a schedule of networking events
• Scheduling and posting on social media, repurposing existing blog content
• Capturing, tracking, and reporting on monthly marketing goals and metrics
• Sending links for online reviews to former and current clients
• Setting up social media profiles and monitoring comments and messages
• Editing short videos for social media, newsletters, and email marketing
• Organizing and managing the podcast
• Planning, booking, and coordinating lunch-and-learn series
• Performing basic website updates and landing page setups
