Orthopedic & Sports Physical Therapy, a member of the Confluent Health family of Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy companies, is looking for a PART-TIME Marketing‑Physician Liaison to join our team.
Overview
The Marketing Liaison serves as the face of OSPTKY, representing the company with professionalism and enthusiasm. This role is key to driving growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, community partners, and other referral sources to increase patient referrals and strengthen Proactive’s presence in the community.
Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture relationships with physicians and clinical referral sources through daily outreach.
- Create opportunities for physical therapists to engage with referral partners and promote our services.
- Collaborate with providers, office staff, and internal teams to ensure excellent service and communication.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Manage routing schedules and track referral activity in Salesforce.
- Participate in monthly marketing meetings and contribute to marketing strategy.
Community Engagement & Brand Awareness
Partner with Clinic Directors to plan and promote community events.Strengthen local partnerships through sponsorships, advertising, and outreach initiatives.Ensure clinics are stocked with up-to-date marketing materials and support consistent brand identity.Planning & Training
Contribute to quarterly marketing plans focused on relationship growth, community image, and exceptional service.Report on marketing activity and analyze demographic data to guide future initiatives.Provide marketing training for Clinic Directors and staff to support company-wide growth.Qualifications
Bachelor’s in business, marketing, clinical, or related field with sales / marketing experience.2+ years in healthcare or medical sales preferred.Travel
Must travel within Lexington and surrounding territory as needed; a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle are required.Skills & Competencies
Strong problem‑solving, organization, and multitasking skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building with providers and staff.Self‑motivated, customer‑focused, and adaptable in fast‑paced environments.Experience in healthcare sales and referral development is a plus.Proficient in Google Apps, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.Why Join Us
