Job Description:

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AIOps tools and platforms (., Moogsoft, Splunk, Dynatrace, .
• Strong understanding of machine learning and AI technologies.
• Experience with programming/scripting languages (., Python, Java, Shell scripting).
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure components (., servers, networks, databases).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.

AIOps Implementation:

• Design, develop, and deploy AIOps solutions to improve IT operations efficiency.
• Integrate AI and machine learning technologies into existing IT infrastructure for enhanced monitoring, incident management, and automation.
• Monitoring and Analysis:
• Implement and maintain advanced monitoring tools and platforms.
• Analyze system performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize operations.

Incident Management:

• Develop and manage automated incident response and resolution processes.
• Utilize AI-driven tools to detect, diagnose, and resolve IT issues proactively.
• Collaboration and Support:
• Work closely with IT operations, development, and data teams to understand requirements and deliver effective AIOps solutions.
• Provide technical support and expertise for AIOps tools and platforms.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated on the latest AIOps trends, tools, and technologies.
• Propose and implement improvements to existing AIOps practices and tools.
• Documentation and Training:
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for AIOps processes and tools.
• Train team members and stakeholders on AIOps best practices and tools.
