Accounts Receivable Accountant (Bond Accountant 1)
The Office of Finance is looking for a dedicated Accounts Receivable Accountant (Bond Accountant 1) who will :
- Assist other Bond Accountants in completing monthly tasks (e.g., deposit checks, create cash receipts, maintain accounts receivable aging information, review mortgage revenue bond programs, maintain grant information)
- Process draw requests (e.g., upload & index draws, complete monthly folders in the document imaging system)
- Support the purchasing supervisor (e.g., process purchase order requests, create & maintain vendor entries, upload & index purchasing documents, communicate with vendors to resolve issues, assist with agency travel responsibilities)
- Process assigned finance help desk tickets (e.g., request needed information, communicate status of ticket, complete ticket) For a complete description of the job duties, please read the Bond Accountant 1 position description or contact jgrimm@ohiohome.org to request a copy of it. The Office of Finance is seeking a Bond Accountant 1 with the following minimum qualifications :
24 months training or 24 months experience in accounting.OR completion of undergraduate core program in accounting, finance, economics, business administration or public administration.OR equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications for Employment noted above.
