Job Description :  We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Nursing to lead our nursing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in long-term care and a passion for improving the quality of life for our residents.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the daily operations of the nursing department.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures.
• Manage and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
• Monitor and evaluate resident care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Handle resident and family concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
