Position Overview

This role offers the opportunity to work on a focused, high-value caseload , receive mentorship from nationally recognized trial lawyers, and engage in complex litigation from inception through verdict. Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of litigation from intake to trial
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal briefs
• Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Collaborate with senior trial attorneys on strategy and trial preparation
• Participate in jury trials, including voir dire, witness examination, and closing arguments
• Maintain consistent, high-quality client communication
