A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Communicates professionally with patients via phone and transfers calls as needed
Handles new patient registration and schedules appointments
Updates patient information in the computer systems and assists with online scheduling
Required Qualifications
High School Graduate or Equivalent
Previous customer service experience
Proficient with computer programs : Email, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Experience in a medical office or call center setting is preferred
Bilingual Spanish speaker is a plus
