As an Insurance Customer Service Representative , youll help clients protect their homes, cars, and futures with confidence and care. Youll manage customer inquiries, solve problems, and build lasting relationships while learning the business from the ground up. • Base pay starting at $42,000 (higher for experienced applicants)
• Earn an additional $10,000-$20,000+ through bonuses and incentives
• Paid time off (PTO) and Monday-Friday schedule
