Senior Financial Analyst
Georgia-Pacific LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Gypsum Operations Finance team, supporting our manufacturing facilities in Tacoma WA, Antioch CA, and Lovell WY. This critical role will focus on providing strategic financial leadership and analysis to drive operational improvements and support strategic decision-making. You will partner with manufacturing operations and site leaders to close gaps, create value, and transform operations through actionable insights and strategic planning. Location : The SFA will primarily support Tacoma WA, Antioch CA, and Lovell WY Gypsum facilities. To effectively respond to business needs and establish working relationships - this schedule is a combination of remote work, and monthly travel to a supported site will be expected. Our team spans 12 Gypsum manufacturing facilities. Our collaborative approach involves partnership with Plant Accounting, Commercial Finance, and other Centers of Excellence. What You Will Do :
Who You Are (Basic Requirements) : Experienced in financial analysis, accounting, operations finance, or related roles, with a strong grasp of financial concepts and economic principles. Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying and solving operational challenges, driving continuous improvement. Transformation-focused, with the ability to adapt and prioritize in a dynamic environment, embracing change and process improvement. Proficient in sourcing and analyzing large volumes of data, developing informed perspectives and solutions. Effective communicator, capable of presenting complex financial concepts to diverse audiences and engaging stakeholders.
What Will Put You Ahead : Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting or Strategy. Finance experience within a manufacturing setting. Gypsum Manufacturing Knowledge. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including financial modeling and data visualization. Experience with data analysis.
