Aon Is Looking For an Accounting Processor I in Fort Wayne, Indiana

This role is on-site during training, generally about 3 months; thereafter, at least 3 days per week in the office

Your Impact As an Accounting Processor I

Job Responsibilities :

• Perform daily, weekly and monthly cash reconciliations and reporting for Affinity Insurance Programs
• Responsible for payment processing, analysis, and ensuring appropriate supporting documentation is available
• Support Business Units by investigating and resolving ad-hoc payment related inquiries
• Develop thorough understanding of Accounting Operations functions and make recommendations for process improvements
• Work with BU and Accounting Operations cash staff to resolve variances daily
• Work with Gen Pact to guide them in consolidating report information to identify variances needing further research
• Work closely with the Balancing analyst on suggested improvements to the process
• Understand the underlying sources of the balancing data, such as the administration systems and bank accounts being supported

Pay Transparency Laws :

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $40,000 to $45,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.
