Licensed Clinical Consultant

A company is looking for a Clinical Consultant to provide leadership and support to clinical therapists and coaches.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and participate in the interview process for qualified candidates

Assist in training and onboarding new and existing therapists

Monitor and evaluate therapists' performance to ensure high-quality care delivery

Required Qualifications

Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology or related mental health field

Unrestricted LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD, or equivalent license

Experience with evidence-based treatments and clinical best practices

Experience providing clinical consultation and supervision to mental health therapists

Experience with people management strongly preferred
