A company is looking for an Application Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide GDS support to agents and internal departments, ensuring issues are researched, tracked, escalated, and resolved
Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and enhance processes to reduce errors
Continuously review communication procedures to ensure relevant information is delivered effectively to agents and support teams
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience with Travel GDS systems, particularly SABRE
Experience with Travelport+ and Amadeus is a plus
Knowledge of GDSx / Concur Compleat and ClientBase is advantageous
Advanced knowledge of the travel industry
Travel agent experience is a plus
