ESTIMATOR / PROJECT MANAGER – INDUSTRIAL & COMMERCIAL COATINGS

Our client is a respected Mid-Atlantic contractor based in the Philadelphia area , with over 35 years of proven success in industrial coatings and commercial painting. They are seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager to join their growing team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Estimate projects, order materials, and oversee job progress using estimating software
• Manage client relationships and drive new business
• Conduct site visits and prepare accurate budgets and schedules
• Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure successful project completion
