URGENT HIRING FOR Director of Regulatory Compliance

Job Location : Dallas, TX

Job Duration : 13Weeks

Shift Notes : Monday-Friday / 40 hours guaranteed

Weekend Requirements : No weekends

Certification : Certification in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) - Preferred not required

LOCAL PAY : $74-$77 / hr

TRAVALER WEEKLY PAY (Above 60miles)

Weekly Tax Free Stipend to be paid : $1,631.00

Weekly Straight Pay (Taxable) : $1,920.00

Weekly Gross : $3,551.00

Job Description

Candidates living within 60 miles of the facility will have a local rate of $108

The Director of Revenue Cycle Compliance will report to the Vice President Compliance Monitoring and Investigations and will be responsible for the design and implementation of an effective compliance monitoring program designed to prevent, detect and respond appropriately to revenue cycle compliance risks for Parkland Health and Hospital System.

Skills or Special Abilities :

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and demonstrate tact and diplomacy skills.
• Must have an in-depth knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement rules and related laws and regulations.
• Must have strong organizational and planning skills.
• Must demonstrate a high degree of personal integrity and practice ethical standards.
• Must demonstrate strong leadership skills.
• Must be computer literate and proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
